1. Blend the stale bread.
2. In a bowl, mix the meanced meat with the bread, the egg, the parmesan, the oregano and the parsley. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
3. Shape the mix into meatballs.
4. In a pan heat 2 or 3 lugs of EVO and add the meatballs. Scorch them for about 4 minutes.
5. Add the AGROMONTE cherry tomato passata. Stir and season to your taste. Leave to simmer for at least 20 minutes.
6. Serve the meatballs hot.
