Oven-baked sea bass

1. Clean the fish. Then add olive oil, salt and black pepper.

2. In a bowl, cut the cherry tomatoes and season with olive oil, salt and pepper.

3. Place the fish in a baking tray. Cover it with the AGROMONTE ready to use cherry tomato and basil pasta sauce. Add the cherry tomatoes as well.

4. Drizzle some olive oil on the fish and cook in a pre heated oven (170°c) for 40 minutes
