Bucatini with Tuna, Anchovy and Olives

  • for 2 people
  • 200 grams of bucatini
  • 200 grams of AGROMONTE ready to use Datterino Tomato Pasta Sauce
  • 70 grams of tuna in oil
  • 4 anchovy filets
  • 40 grams of black olives
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVO)
  • Basil leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper

1. Finely chop up the olives and the anchovy filets.

2. In a pan add a splash of EVO and lightly fry them.

3. Drain the tuna, add it to the pan and leave to cook for 2/3 minutes.

4. Add the AGROMONTE ready to use Datterino Tomato Pasta Sauce. Add pepper and few leaves of basil. Leave over the flame for 5 minutes.

5. In the meantime, cook the bucatini in plenty of salted water.

6. Once cooked add the pasta to the sauce and toss for a few minutes.
