Spaghetti with seafood sauce

  • Ingredients
  • for 2 people
  • 200 grams of spaghet
  • 100 grams of calamari
  • 70 grams of cuttlefish
  • 70 grams of little shrimps
  • 200 grams of AGROMONTE Tomato and Datterino Passata
  • Half glass of white wine
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVO)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

1. Clean and wash the fish.

2. In a pan heat a splash of EVO and lightly scorch the fish. Leave to cook for 4/5 minutes.

3. Add the AGROMONTE Tomato and Datterino Passata and leave to cook for at least 30 minutes.

5. Cook the spaghet in plenty of salted water.

6. Once the spaghet are cooked mix everything in a pan and toss them together over a live flame
