1. Dice the swordfish.
2. In a pan add a splash of EVO and lightly fry the garlic clove.
3. Add the swordfish and the mint. Stir and add salt and pepper to your taste.
4. Once the fish is cooked, add the AGROMONTE ready to use Cherry Tomato Pasta Sauce and continue to cook for a 4/5 minutes.
5. Cook the strozzapreti in plenty of salted water. Once the strozzapreti are cooked, mix everything in a pan and toss them together over a live flame.
5. Serve and garnish with few mint leaves.
