Trofie and Vegetables

  • Ingredients
  • for 2 people
  • 200 grams of trofie
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 small yellow pepper
  • 100 grams of AGROMONTE tomato and datterino passata
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 of onion
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVO)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

1. Dice the zucchini and the peppers.

2. In a pan add a splash of EVO and lightly fry the onions and garlic.

3. Once they are golden add the vegetables with a pinch of salt and pepper, scorch them for 4/5 minutes.

4. Add the AGROMONTE tomato and datterino passata and leave to cook for about 20 minutes.

5. Cook the trofie in plenty of salted water.

6. Once the trofie are cooked mix everything in a pan and toss them together over a live flame.
