1. Finely chop the celery, carrot and onion.
2. In a pan add a splash of EVO and lightly fry the vegetables.
3. Add the minced meat and simmer with a glass of white wine
4. Add the AGROMONTE Cherry Tomato Passata, salt and pepper.
5. Leave to cook over a low flame for atleast 2 hours.
6. Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of boiling, salted water.
7. Once cooked add the tagliatelle to the Ragu and toss in a pan for a couple of minutes.
8. Serve and enjoy!
