1. Clean the mussels and rinse them.
2. In a pan add a splash of EVO and lightly fry the garlic clove.
3. Add the mussels to the pot and close the lid on top. Cook the mussels until they open. Simmer with white wine until reduced.
4. Add the AGROMONTE Ready to use Cherry Tomato and Hot Pepper Pasta Sauce. Season with parsley and cook for some more minutes.
5. Discard any unopened mussel and serve.
