1. Cut the onions.
2. In a pan add a splash of EVO and lightly fry the onions.
3. Once they are golden, simmer with the brandy.
4. Add the AGROMONTE ready to use Cherry Tomato Pasta Sauce, salt and pepper. Leave to cook over a low flame since the sauce becomes thick.
5. Add salt and pepper to the tuna and grill it.
6. Serve the tuna with the onions.
